DETERMINATION OF AMINO ACIDS CONTENTS OF 63 KINDS OF FOODS OF JIANGXI PROVINCE

Liao Shuihe She Xiaoge Fu Lixin Liu Jingzhi ( Jiangxi Analysing and Testing Institute, Nanchang, 330029, PRC )  
Contents of amino acids of 63 kinds of foods of Jiangxi Province were determined. Results showed that the levels of the content of all kinds amino acid were almost the same, when compared with the same foods of other provinces in our country and with the same foods in other areas of East Asia.
