Study on the Load Characteristics of Ultrasonic Torsional Vibration Horn

ZHANG Ning-ning(Physics and Electrical Engineering Department of Weinan Teacher′s College,Shanxi Weinan 714000 PRC)  
Based on equivalent four-terminal networks of ultrasonic transformer,the resonant frequency equation and the amplitude magnification coefficient of a torsional vibration ultrasonic horn are derived,respectively,in a load of pure resistance and pure reactance,and the resonant frequency equation and the amplitude magnification coefficient of a analogous cone horn in load is calculated,then,the curves of resonant frequency and the amplitude magnification coefficient with the load are drawn.The results may be helpful to research and design of ultrasonic torsinal vibration horn.
