Improved Arithmetic and Application for Material Requirement Planning in Heavy Machine Production

An improved arithmetic of MRP called "plan compress" is put forward aiming at heavy machine production.The arithmetic inherits the basic idea of MRP that arranges manufacturing planning of parts and purchasing planning of raw materials according to master production schedule and is improved on this basis.It conversely arranges the manufacture planning from the delivery date by compress Lead Time.And the planning is arranged to the level of process.It is proved that the improved arithmetic improves the agility and efficiency of arranging production schedule.The number of delayed orders decreases.
