The analysis of heat transfer performance for PTFE composite material

The surface material strongly affected the dropwise condensation heat transfer.In this study,the mathematics and physics model of PTFE heat transfer were set up and the heat transfer characteristic of dropwise condensation was investigated.By calculating the heat transfer of the droplet and film,the heat transfer coefficient of the condensing surface was obtained.The drop and film heat transfer were simulated by using ANSYS software,the heat transfer of the film is overall important for the dorpwise condensation.
