Study on the Summery of CRM

CHEN Xu (School of Economic & Management,Southwest Jiaotong University,Chengdu Sichuan 610031,China)  
Based on discussion of the creation and development of CRM, the connotation and management theory are studied in this paper. Then, the main function is analyzed; the relationship among CRM, SCM and ERP is differentiated and analyzed. At last, the development trend of CRM is discussed.
