The Control of Automatic Clutch Driven by DC Vervo Motor

The clutch operation mechanism driven by DC servo motor has a simpler machinery and better precision in clutch speed control than that driven by electrohydraulic servomechanism.The clutch operation mechanism driven by DC servo motor was designed and its mathematic model was built.This mechanism was controlled by a dual closed loop controller(fuzzy logic control and PI control).Simulation results indicate that the clutch engaging speed can be accurately controlled by using DC servo motor dual closed loop control system.The start quality of Vehicle was improved.
