Numerical Simulation and Spinning Force Analysis on Backward Spinning of Tube

In this paper,based on nonlinear FEA software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,3D dynamic simulation models of eighteen-type tubes for backward spinning was established.This paper not only obtained spinning force of tube back- ward spinning but also obtained the spinning force curves varying with the different reducer ratio,feeds,fillet radius for spinning roller,forming angle and diameter of spinning roller,and diameter blank inner.Analysis results indicate: with increasing the reducer ratio,feeds and fillet radius of spinning roller,the component forces of spinning force pres- ents the upward-trend.With inereasing the forming angle and eiameter of opinning roller and diameter blank innes,the component forces of spinning force presents small nonlinear variation.In a word,the reducer ratio,feeds and fillet ra- dirs of spinning roller have a larger impact on spinning force,however forming amgle and diameter of spinning roller, and diameter of bland inner have a smaller impact on spinning force.Ohterwise,the ratioes between axial force and ra- dial force of spinning force approximately remain constant,also the ratioes between tangential force and radial force of spinning force approximately remain too.
