Simulation of Ultra-Speed Spin Fatigue Experimentation for Automobile Clutch Driven-Disc

A method of ultra-speed spin simulation test of the automobile clutch driven-disc is introduced.Based on Finit Element Method(FEM),the speeding spin working conditions of clutch driven-disc is simulated with software ANSYS.The results of nodes' displacement and elements inner stress of clutch driven-disc assembly are obtained in order to find out the weak-points in the assembly.The method will provide ideas of improving structure size and process parameters of clutch driven-disc for the designers and manufacturers of automobile clutch for to meet the demands of the yield intensity.
