Stress and Strain Analysis of Forward Spinning for Aluminium Alloy Tube

In order to obtain actual preferred principle of processing parameters for three-roller forward spinning of aluminium alloy tube,wbich is spun by a certain factory andtaken as a research object.Based on nonlinear FEA software ANSYS,the 3D dynamic simulation with stress and strain analysis for three-roller forward spinning of aluminium alloy tube under different processing parameter is carried.Analysis results indicate that the feeds of spinning roller take 0.66~1.58mm/r,the variation of stress and strain is very small ane the preferable parameter are as folloring;rounded angle radius of spinning roller is greater than 60%and less than 125%blank thickness of aluminium alloy tube; forming angle of spinning roller is 22°~24°;diameter of spinning roller is 220~240mm.The conclusion has important meaning for both the further studies and the actual manufacture of forward spinning of aluminium alloy tube.
