Reliablity—optimization design of belleville spring

The reliability design of mechanical products has naturally the problem of optimization along with the development of mechanical reliability design. Thus the optimum of functional parameters of the products designed is found under meeting need of the fixed reliability. The reliability-optimization design method for belleville spring is put forward by the combination of reliability theory with optimization technique in modern. design methods so as to remedy the deficit of normal optimum design. According to the design requirements and the working conditions, the designing variables are determined and the mathematical model with objective function under constraint conditions esteblished and the reliability-optimization example of belleville spring is given
