Design of knowledge base of diagnosis expert system of welding robots

In order to solve the problem of diagnosing welding robots blindly,improving the efficiency of diagnosis and reliability analysis of welding robots,the Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Expert System is introduced into the fault diagnosis of welding robots in practical item. After studying knowledge representation based on fault tree and knowledge uncertain inference. The process of building diagnosis expert system knowledge base based on fault trees is given. So it promotes the development of welding robots intelligent diagnosis and it has great academic and applied value.
