Numerical simulation of combustion flow and NOx emissions in gas generator of supercharged boiler

In order to verify the resistance and the temperature of flow to meet the project,this paper adopted FLUENT programme to analyze the fluid structure of a combustion chamber and NOx emissions in gas generator of supercharged boiler. With RNG k-ε turbulent model,P-1 radiation model,discrete phase modeling for liquid fuel and PDF combustion model,the pressure,temperature and NOx emissions were ana- lyzed in the combustion chamber. And parameters,such as resistance,the distribution of temperature and the quantity of NOx emissions,were acquired. The results showed that the quality of resistance and temperature of outlet meet the project. This is a significative work to optimize the structure and reduce the emissions.
