Control system design and simulation of parallel kinematic machine based on EMC2

LI Bin-cheng,YANG Dan,GU Jin-feng(College of Mechanic Engineering,JiangSu University of Science and Technology,Zhenjiang 212003,China)  
It analyzed 6-DOF parallel kinematic machine(PKM)kinematics character,solved its inverse model via MATLAB software and constructed PKM model under UG environment.Kinematics simulation was performed through introducing the model into ADAMS which demonstrates that the inverse mod-el's correctness.At last,it recompiled kinematics inverse model of EMC2 and verified through simulation of CNC code,which lies a foundation for the later prototype construction and motor output control.
