Research on the integrated optimization method of the fixture schedule and processing sequence

Fixture schedule and processing sequence has great influence in the machining precision of the workpieces,especially for the thin-walled workpieces.Different plans result in different deformation,even make reject.Therefore,it's meaningful to optimize the processing sequence based on the fixture schedule analysis.A workpiece-fixture-tool model is formulated aiming at analyzing the best processing sequence based on the analysis of the fixture schedule.A typical thin-walled prism parts is discussed to show how the optimization of fixture schedule and processing sequence is carried out.A few general conclusions are obtained.
