Design of universal sheller for wild nuts

In order to meet the needs of nut's deep processing and solve the defects of traditional manual peeling,it is necessary to design one universal wild nut sheller.According to the technical parameters'requirements of the sheller,the mechanical structure and key components of the machine had been designed based on the bump-destruction principle,including the design of the silo and the impeller,the design of the blowing device and the receiving device.Based on variable frequency speed control method,the electrical control system and the wiring diagram of the transducer's power terminal were given.The sheller may adapt to different impact force required by different nuts through adjusting the rotation speed of a motor with its universality.In the actual production,the device could meet the design requirements with its good kernel husk separation effect,low broken rate and reliable operation.
