Simulation research about exothermic process of spiral coil PCM heat exchanger based on Fluent

At present,it is very difficult to solve limited multiphase change problem by use of approximate analytical solution methods,and numerical analysis method is generally only used.In order to solve the difficult problem of spiral coil PCM,it has established a mathematical model of PCM,and the simulation research about exothermic process of spiral coil PCM heat exchanger based on fluent was conducted.It obtained temperature,liquid fraction and velocity distribution situations of PCM within the device and the simulation results provide a theoretical reference for the heat exchanger design and product development.
