Application of evidence-based nursing for senile patients with simple hyperlipidemia

Objective:To probe into the effect of applying evidenced-base nursing for senile patients with simple hyperlipidemia,so as to provide some bases for nursing intervention model.Methods: A total of 120 hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into evidence-based group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases).Patients of control group were given routine nursing care.Patients of evidence-based group accepted evidence-based nursing from aspects of health education,compliance,altering unhealthy life style so as to gain the best evidences to guide in clinic.The lowering rate of blood fat,awareness rate of health knowledge,compliance rate and altering of life style of the two group patients were compared.Results: All indexes mentioned above in patients of evidence-based group were significantly better than that of control group cases (P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion: Application of evidence-based nursing can effectively enhance blood fat control rate and compliance of senile patients with simple hyperlipidemia.It could improve the life style effectively and strengthen self-monitoring ability of patients.
