Calibration to Available Field of Visual of Measurement System Using Line Structured Light And Double CCD

SONG Long, LI Guang-hui, Liu Bao-chen, GUO Wei-hua (Mechanical & Power Engineering College, Harbin Univ. Sci. Tech, Harbin 150080, China)  
Using two parallel lay CCD which are simulate people’s eyes construct structured light and doubled CCD measurement system to 3D measurement. The precision of choosing vailable field of visual of measurement system have a directeffect on definition of image coming from CCD camera, and on precision of measurement data finally. In order to solve the problem that available field of visual of double CCD measurement system is difficult to gain accurately, and based on the characteristic of 3D measurement system using structured light and double CCD, this paper put forward a way of available field of visual calibration in measurement system, it make 3D vision measuring work is convenient, the result of validate test proves this method is an exact and practicable calibration method.
