Designing of New Mining Laser Point Instrument

In the process of designing the new-typed mining laser pointing instrument,according to the requirements of the equipment design,using new semiconductor laser in the first place,inverting high-magnification telescope system and designing the collimating optical system of laser pointing instrument,making use of two-len telescope system to plastic the elliptical Gaussian beam which injects from the semiconductor laser instrument and improves the collimating accuracy.Then using Pro/E software did three-dimensional mechanical to design the shell group,tube sets and other components.The design results show that the instrument's structure is reasonable and its appearance is beautiful,small-sized and light.Finally,through theoretical analysis and calculation on the basic of the error sources of the instrument.The theoretical analysis is consistent with the measured data,satisfying the design requirements.
