Development of test rig for vehicle emission durability based on robot

The test rig for vehicle has been developed in order to test and evaluate endurance performance of emission. Microcomputer control system and automation technique of pneumatic and electric technology combined is adopted for the rig to make it possessing functions of intellective control, automatic test, automatic data collection, storage, pro- cessing and automatic curve drawing as well as printing. Main construction design and working principle of the test rig is presented.
