Reliability Analysis of Kinetic Precision on a Disk-cam Mechanism with Swing Rollers

From the perspective of mechanism kinematics,the paper analyzes the three errors including dimension errors,clearances of hinged joints and surface wear caused by moving disk-cams and rollers and studies their corresponding calculation methods for position errors of the follower of the disk-cam mechanism with swing rollers by using various error analysis methods.By taking various original errors mentioned above as random variables,the kinetic precision and reliability analysis model for various errors of the follower is established on the basis of theories of reliability and probability.
