An Approximate Response Computation Method of Dry Friction Nonlinear Hysteretic Vibration Isolation System

We study the response computation of a viscous damping bilinear hysterectic vibration isolation system in which the memoriless restoration force contains cubic nonlinear displacement.Moreover,we propose an approximate computation method that combines the Fourier series expansion method with the motion equations at special points.Also,we compare the computation results using our approximate computation method with those obtained by using the numerical integration method.The comparison results show that our method is reliable and easy to develop its program.
