Adaptive Fuzzy Control of a CVT Electro-hydraulic Position Servo System

In order to improve the adaptivity and anti-jamming performance of a CVT electro-hydraulic servo system,we designed an adaptive fuzzy control system of the CVT electro-hydraulic servo system.We determined the membership function of adaptive error(e) and error change rate(·e) and the membership functions and valuation tables of adaptive adjustment coefficient K1 and K2.We also established the control rules of K1 and K2 and calculated the query tables of K1 and K2 by fuzzy adaptive control algorithm.Then,the control system is simulated through the CVT test bench.Experimental results show that CVT electro-hydraulic servo fuzzy adaptive control has strong adaptivity,good stability,short peak time and strong robustness.
