CHEN Hai-yan~1,LEI Huan-zhong~1,FU Yan~2,LU Li-zhi~3 (1.Department of Biology, Lishui College, Zhejiang Province, Lishui 323000, China; 2.College of Animal Sciences, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou 310029, China; 3.Institute of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Hangzhou 310021, China)
Khaki-Campbell duck and 4 strains of Shaoxing duck (Shaobai of high production strain, Shaobai of large egg strain, Shaohong of high production strain, Shaohong of large egg strain) were studied for the analysis of variance and estimation of least squares means based on the data of following GPT and GOT. The results indicated that the influence of the effect of location on the GOT, the effect of breed (strain) on the GPT were all highly significant (P0.01). The effect of interaction between breed (strain) and sex on GOT were significant. The significant effects were also estimated for the breed(strain), age, sex and body weight on GOT as well as the age on GPT. The least squares means (LSM) were calculated for GOT (99.97±(51.58)) Karmen and GPT (72.63±44.84) Karmen.
