Effect of Ethephon Treatment on Protective Enzyme Activity and Membrane Permeability in Postharvest Zizyphus mauritiana

The effect of ethephon treatment on the activities of SOD,POD,LOX,the content of MAD,and the membrane permeability in Zizyphus mauritiana fruit during storage were studied.The results showed that the membrane permeability increased,the activity of SOD dropped wavily,POD decreased trapizoidlly,and the content of MAD increased during the ripening and senescing process of Zizyphus mauritiana fruit.
