In Vitro Primary Culture of Intestinal Epithelial Cells of Chicken

The intestinal epithelial cells were obtained from one month-old chicken's duodenum for primary culture after being separated and purified.The results showed that abundant healthy intestinal villus was obtained by using the short time digestion technique with a mixture of trypsin and EDTA.After further cultivation,cells can be used for related experiment research.
