Research Progress in Factors Influencing Nephytadiene Content in Tobacco Leaves

Neophytadiene content is the highest among the neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaves.The formation and characteristics of neophytadiene in flue-cured tobacco leaves are introduced;the variation of the content of neophytadiene in different genotypes of tobacco and under different ecological environments is analyzed;and the influence of cultivation measures including fertilizer,plant growth regulator,maturity and harvesting method on the content of neophytadiene is summarized.
