Study on Adsorption Behaviors of Flavonoid from Ginkgo Biloba Leaves with X-5 Macroporous Resin

Flavonoid extraction was obtained by assistance of microwave,and the content of flavonoid was determined by spectrophotometer.The effects of dosage of absorbent,concentration of flavonoid extract,value of pH,and absorbing time on the adsorption were examined.The adsorption rate of flavonoid was 70.54%for static adsorption under the conditions as follows:the ratio of resin mass to extract volume 1:30,pH 2.5-4.0, flavonoid content in the extract 0.22-0.32 mg/mL,shaking time 70 minutes at the constant temperature.The adsorption rate of flavonoid was 45.32%for dynamic adsorption under the conditions as follows:flavonoid concentration in the liquid 0.30-0.43 mg/mL,pH 2.8-3.5,ratio of column diameter to height 1:9.5,the velocity of fluid 0.8 mL/min.The result showed X-5 resin had good adsorption for flavonoid in ginkgo biloba leaves.
