Research of orthogonal design on wear resistance test of non-smooth surfaces with laser treated pits

YANG Zhuo-jun(School of Mechanical Engineering, Jilin Teachers' Institute of Engineering and Technology, Changchun 130052, China)  
By adopting the sliding wear testing method, the wear behavior of No 45 steel testing pieces with different diameters and distribution densities of pits treated by laser were studied under temperatures of 200℃ and 400℃. By means of orthogonal designing analysis shows that there are comparatively big influences on amount of wear affected by wearing time, diameters and distribution density of concave pits, and there are comparatively less influences on amount of wear affected by rotation speed and temperature.
