Reliability sensitivity analysis for slider-crank mechanism with clearance

The slider-crank mechanism reliability sensitivity analysis model was established,the solution formula for mechanism's dimension parameter reliability sensitivity was deduced based on importance sampling method,as well as the influence on reliability parameter by hinge clearance under low-speed non-continuous contact model and high-speed continuous contact model was studied.The results show that the hinge clearance has great effect on the calculation result of the reliability and reliability sensitivity,which becomes more distinct with the increase of run velocity of the mechanism.
