Introduction of the early-warning system of freshet disaster in Suichuan County

The freshet disaster often take place and it is the main disaster which result in hyman being casualty loss in recent years.The early-warning system of freshet disaster should be established in order to reduce human being casualty and property loss.It includes the monitoring system of storm and freshet,the early-warning system and the reactive system of emergancy translation.
