STARTING PROCESS CONTROL FOR AUTOMATED MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

A controlling map is produced for the clutch control to lessen the starting jerk and the friction work through analyzing the engagement, on basis of practical application demand. The algorithm has the advantages of string adaptability and less calculation for slope chip microcomputer to use. It is applied to Santana model AMT, not only can stable starting be realized and service life of the clutch is also prolonged.
