METHOD OF BOOTSTRAP INTERVAL ESTIMATION FOR PRODUCT RELIABILITY

Based on Bootstrap estimate method being introduced into the reliability statistical analysis, the Bootstrap interval estimate method of the reliability parameter and characteristic value is proposed. At the same time, by correcting the bias of the Bootstrap estimate value, the problem, i.e. Bootstrap interval estimate precision under the condition of small sample, is also solved, and the confidence interval estimate value of the reliability parameter for one type of aerospace electrical connector is obtained. From the result of statistical simulation computation, the estimate precision of reliability confidence interval is satisfied with the demand of confidence degree, where the bias is corrected by adopting median value technique.
