DRIVE LINE SYSTEM MODELING AND SHIFT CHARACTERISTIC OF DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION POWERTRAIN

Dynamic characteristic of dual clutch transmission(DCT) during the shift process is analyzed,and then the dy-namic model of the shift process is built.Engine model,based on engine test data,was established through neural network identification.Shift schedule is designed,the synchronizer con-trol schedule and the control logic of powertrain is put forward.Dynamic simulation model of DCT powertrain is implemented by using the MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow software.In addi-tion,DCT shift transients were quantitatively analyzed based on model simulation,the preciseness of control logic is validated.By orthogonal experimental design method,influence of clutch engaging time and torque variation to shift quality is analyzed,furthermore,orthogonal experimental design method apply to vehicle test is also presented.
