Reliability Analysis of Leveling Rolls of Roll Leveler Based on ANSYS-PDS

Based on the theory of reliability analysis,the reliability of the roll leveler is analyzed by using the ANSYS-PDS in this paper.According to stress-strength interference theory,taking the geometry size,load and strength limit as random variables,and the function of limit state is created.Using the method of Monte Carlo simulation to calculate working rolls,and the reliability,the response sensitivity and the main factors that affecting the reliability are got.
