The effects of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz extracts on antiproliferation in murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93

Objective To investigate the inhibit effect of extracts of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz on the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93.Methods It were observed that the inhibitory effect of different concentrations of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz extracts(125,250,500,1000μg/ml) on the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93 by the CCK-8 method.Results Extracts of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz can inhibit the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell and it show that a dose dependent manner in the range of 125-1000μg/ml.Conclusion Extracts of Artemisia Selengensis Turcz can inhibit the growth of murine colon carcinoma cell line CMT-93 in a dose dependent manner in vitro.
