The Application of 3D Printing Technology in Pharmaceutical Engineering

The combination of Rapid Prototyping and Pharmaceutical Engineering reflects a direction of Advanced Manufacturing Technology development. It introduces a method of using 3D printing to manufacture the controlled released drug and drug delivery microchip, analyzes its advantages and feasibility, discusses some key technologies concerned with using 3D printing in pharmaceutical engineering.
