The System of Design and Virtual Assembly for Parameterized Gears Based on UG NX4.0

Based on Unigraphics software it develops a gears design system used for modeling and virtual assembly. This system can calculate the geometry parameters of gears, build up the parametric model with UG/Open Grip, and implemente user interface with UG/UIStypler. Then virtual assembly for designed gears are carried out in order to improve gears design efficiency further.
