Research on the error compensation technology of YK3150E NC gear hobbing machine

Taking YK3150 E NC gear hobbing machine as the object,it uses the method of multi-body system to build the topological structure of the machine tool,analyzes the topology error calculation of adjacent components,combines the coordinate transformation error to establish the geometrical model. It applies variable coefficient differential method to obtain the error decoupling of geometric model,analyzes the error compensation amount of each axis of machine tool. The results show that the method can improve the gear accuracy.
