Progress on preparation technology of barium titanate powder used in electronic ceramic

The preparation methods of barium titanate(BaTiO 3)powder and their developments are introduced in this paper.It is indicated that low temperature combustion synthesis(LCS),mechanochemistry and hydrothermal methods will have good potentiality due to their excellent properities.A prediction is made about the speedy advance of preparation methods of barium tiˉtanate powder.
