Fed-batch Culture of Recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120

ZHANG Chen, LIU Zhi-wei, GUO Yong (Department of Biology, Jiaying University, Meizhou 514015, China; College of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640, China)  
Fed-batch culture was benefit for the growth of recombinant Anabaena sp. PCC7120. Feeding carbon source had little effect on the cell growth and exogenous gene expression. Feeding nitrogen source of feeding carbon and nitrogen source together could promote cell growth remarkably, and could increase TNF expression slightly. The biomass has increased 9. 91% and 12. 71% compared with batch culture respectively.
