Economic Analysis on Basement Floor of Different Schemes

In order to study the economy and applicability of basement floor, 8 kinds of basement floor schemes which are commonly used in the current engineering are analyzed under different thickness of covering soil. The modeling calculations for the 24 projects is based on YJK software and quantity calculation is based on Glodon software. Analysis results show that the amount of material of one-way double secondary beam scheme is the least; considering the relationship between the s height and storey height, the cost of the hollow floor scheme has obvious advantages when the load is small; but the cost of girderless floor has obvious advantage when the load is large, so it can be used outside the main building. Priority can be given to the haunch plate scheme in beam slab floor structure.
