Studying to Operation Effect of Hyprtensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients who were First Drainaged Before Ordinary Operation

Objective To explore poeration effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who first Drainaged before Ordinary opration.Methods All hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were divded into two groups,one was treatment group,they were Brrain hernia,and first Drainaged before Ordinary operation from April.2003 to April.2005.The other were control group,they were directly operated after amitted to hospital fro April.2001 to April,2003.Results The ADP score of treatment group were 64.78±25.24,one was dead,the death rate was 7.14%,The ADL score of control group were 42.65±21.14,three were dead,the death rate was 23.08%.Conclusion The death rate and disble were lower of the patients who were first Drainaged before Ordinary operation than that of the control group.
