Teacher Education Model:Reformation and Innovation

The specialization and integration of teacher education requires that traditional teacher education mode should be reformed, and a dynamic, open and diversified teacher education mode should be established."Working Practice and Replacement Training" is a new teacher education mode in the new situation, which offers an effective solution to the problem of internship for students majoring in teacher education in normal universities, and ensures the quality of the internship, and reinforces the construction and training of primary and secondary schools' teaching staff in rural areas.It is also conductive to the establishment of a new relationship of cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win between colleges and primary and secondary schools, so as to promote the development of specialization and integration of teacher education.
