NON-COOPERATIVE GAME MODEL FOR SCHEDULING OF ONLINE PIPELINE FLUX LEAKAGE MONITORING SYSTEM AND ITS ALGORITHM IMPLEMENTATION

In this paper,characteristics of online monitoring system of pipeline flux leakage are analyzed,video compression algorithm and monitoring network are abstracted with mathematics,and the non-cooperative game model for scheduling policy in streaming media monitoring system is proposed.The model can reflect the dynamic operation characteristics and correlated competitive relationships of various streaming media monitoring system,subsequently,the utility function of subsystems is designed based on scheduling mode and monitoring system's characteristics,and the existence and uniqueness of Nash equilibrium in non-cooperative game model is proved.At last,a description of scheduling optimization problem and resolving method based on genetic algorithm are presented.Experiment and simulation results show that the non-cooperative model can effectively reflect the resource competition among subsystems,and can be used to optimize the network bandwidth allocation.
