Application of Temperature Sensor to Microwave Heat-therapy System

LIANG Shouyu (Automatic Control Department, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510640,China)  
As a result of high frequency electromagnetic wave serious interference, measure temperature in microwave field all along being an difficult problem belongs to the measure and automatic domain. Here advances an temperature sensor structure which make use of Thermistor-High Resistance Conductors to resolve this problem fairly good,and the article puts emphasis on method how to realize this structure. This temperature sensor has been applied to produce microwave heat-therapy medical instruments for hospital, its characteristics of resist strong electromagnetic wave interference is satisfactory.
