Detection Instrument Design of Pipeline Leakage Signal Based on DSP

The existing water pipeline leak detection instrument could only detect axial defect position,but couldn't find circumferential defect location.In accordance with the characteristics of the urban water supply pipeline leakage signal,digital signal analysis method of water pipeline leak signal is adopted in this paper.The system uses 8 piezoelectric sensors detect leak signal of a pipeline.The filter algorithm and correlation algorithm analysis running in the TMS320F2812 accurately identify the leak location in axial and circumferential location of the water pipeline.The function of wireless communication of the leak detection is also realized.The axial accuracy is ±0.2 cm,circumferential accuracy is ±0.4 cm.The results show that the system has characteristics of real—time performance,strong anti —interference ability,easy system expansion,and simple operation.
