Effect of Polypropylene Fiber and Polymer Emulsion on the Performance of Cement Mortar

Adopt polypropylene fibers and polymer emulsion to improve the shock resistance and drying shrinkage performance of cement mortar.The result shows that mixing polypropylene fibers or polymer emulsion separately can slightly improve the shock resistance and drying shrinkage performance and mixing polypropylene fibers and polymer emulsion at the meantime can improve the shock resistance and drying shrinkage performance more effectively.The interaction between inorganic and organic phases has been discussed.
