The Optimization for Fourth Party Logistics Routing Problem with Fuzzy Demand

In view of the fact that the customers of some fourth party logistics(4PL) companies are not fixed,and there is not enough long-term accumulation of customers' demand,the 4PL routing problem with fuzzy demand(4PLRPFD) is proposed in the paper.With the analysis of fuzzy demand,the chance constrained program model is designed based on the credibility theory.Then the hybrid genetic algorithm based on fuzzy simulation is given to solve the problem.Experimental results show that when the demand is uncertain the decision of the subjective preference is very important.
