Plant Secondary Metabolites and Its Action in the Plant Defense

Plant secondary metabolites is an adaptation of plants to circumstances, and it' s result of plant interacting with biotic factor and abiotic factor in the permanent evolution. This paper clarified the chemical defense and it' s elemental of the plant secondary metabolites on the adaptation to environmental stress,plant competition and co-evolution,endangering insects,alimentation of phytophagous animal and invasion of pathogenic microorganism.
